How do I participate?

Online 

You can click the “start survey” button below or by following the link sent to you via email or SMS.  

When you click the link below, you will need your Survey ID. It is usually five digits + two letters and is referenced within your email or SMS.  

Stat the survey

The final wave of the survey will be conducted from 11 March – 20 May 2026. You'll be notified via email or SMS with a QR code/survey link when the survey is active. 

Phone 

You can do the survey over the phone. If you’d like to make an appointment for Wallis to call at a particular time, please let us know by calling 1800 113 444.
